Central Street (Gates) ARPA Improvements
Marion County has received American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds to make improvements to Central Street in downtown Gates. The project will construct curb, gutter, sidewalk, street lighting and stormwater facilities on the south side of West Central Street. Additional features include enhanced pedestrian curb ramps and decorative pavers, trash receptacles, a bike rack as well as parking spaces and new driveways.
Schedule
Pacific Excavation is expected to begin construction soon and be completed by June 30, 2024.
