1. Consider approval of a proclamation designating the week of July 19-25, 2026, as Pretrial, Probation, and Parole Supervision Week in Marion County. – Deputy Director Alicia Cozad and Lieutenant Andrew Lynch

2. Approve the Public Improvement Agreement with Kaufman Commercial, LLC in the amount of $220,959 to provide remodel services to bring the Marion County Juvenile Department, Fresh Start Market building up to electrical, building, and health code requirements through December 31, 2026.

3. Approve a Sole Source Determination to establish a service contract with Oregon Lock and Access, Inc., with an estimated contract value of $250,000, to provide MEDECO Keyway Access and Controls for Marion County owned and operated buildings.

4. Approve the Engineering and Related Services Contract with Harper Houf Peterson Righellis (HHPR), Inc., that utilizes federal grant funding in the not-to-exceed amount of $372,778.37 for the design of curbs, sidewalks, storm drainage, and street lighting for the City of Gates Street Improvements Project through December 31, 2028.

5. Approve the Engineering and Related Services Contract with David Evans and Associates, Inc. in the not-to-exceed amount of $332,158.01, of which an estimated $298,045.38 will utilize state funding and an estimated $34,112.63 will utilize county funding, to provide construction engineering support services for the French Prairie Road: West Fork Champoeg Creek Bridge Replacement Project through December 31, 2027.
SHERIFF'S OFFICE
6. Approve the incoming funds Intergovernmental Agreement with the City of Jefferson in the not-to-exceed amount of $801,120 for three full-time deputies to provide law enforcement services within the City of Jefferson retroactive to July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027.
