INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
5. Approve the Contract for Services with CVE Technologies Group, Inc., in the not-to-exceed amount of $236,047.22 to implement the capital improvement project for Wi-Fi inside the secure perimeter at the Marion County Jail through September 30, 2026.
PUBLIC WORKS
6. Approve a resolution to initiate consideration of concurrence with an amendment to the City of Silverton Comprehensive Plan Map to change the designation on a 3.72-acre parcel located within the Urban Growth Boundary (UGB) of the City of Silverton from Industrial to Single-Family Residential (SFR) and schedule a public hearing for June 10, 2026.

7. Approve the Contamination Reduction Reimbursement Funding Addendum to amend the existing incoming funds Primary Funding Agreement with Circular Action Alliance (CAA) Oregon, LLC, to allow for the reimbursement of funds for contamination reduction activities.

8. Approve the Purchase Order (PO) with Shelter One, Inc. to decrease prefabricated radio equipment shelters from seven to five for the Marion County Radio Project that will be utilized by first responders and reduce funding in the amount of $111,059 for a new PO total of $692,587 through December 31, 2026.

9. Approve the incoming funds Supplemental Project Agreement with the Oregon Department of Transportation in the amount of $572,635, of which an estimated $544,003.25 will utilize federal All Roads Transportation Safety (ARTS) funding and an estimated $28,631.75 will utilize county funding for the design and installation of traffic safety enhancements along the Howell Prairie Road corridor between Oregon Route (OR) OR99E and OR214 through August 1, 2036.
SHERIFF'S OFFICE
10. Approve the Contract for Services with Salem Health in the not-to-exceed amount of $950,000 to provide hospital and clinical services for Adults-In-Custody (AIC) at the Marion County Jail retroactive to August 1, 2025, through July 31, 2026.
