1. Approve an order to declare a breach of the land sale contract for real property located at 252 Juneva Place S.E. in Salem, Oregon, tax lot 072W30CD09600, tax account 333121.

2. Receive notice of the hearings officer's decision approving Conditional Use / Partition (CU/P), Case #26-015, Ellen and Greg Wilt.

3. Approve Amendment #1 to the Construction Contract with Colton Homes, Inc., dba, Colton Construction to extend the term date to October 30, 2026, and add $218,387.40 for five change orders, with a new contract total of $2,305,387.40, for construction site improvements at up to seven new or improved radio communication sites for
the Marion County Radio Project that will utilized by first responders.
ACTION
PUBLIC WORKS
4. Consider approval of the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) with the City of Salem to establish the terms and conditions under which the city will provide maintenance and the installation of new traffic control devices on a portion of Rees Hill Road that is currently in Marion County's jurisdiction until such time that the affected roadway portion is annexed into the city's limits. –Lani Radtke
