FINANCE
1. Approve an order to adopt revised Marion County Administrative Policy #809, Sale and Disposition of Excess Tax Foreclosed and Surplus Real Property in accordance with Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) Chapters 271, 275, and 312; and Administrative Procedure #809-A, Sale of Excess Tax Foreclosed and Surplus Real Property; and adopt new Procedure #809-B, Sale and Disposition of Tax Foreclosed Real Property subject to ORS 312.500 to 312.560.
FINANCE
2. Approve quitclaim deeds conveying tax foreclosed properties for tax accounts 335315 and 332037, back to Emerald Enterprise, LLC, the prior owner of record.
HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES
3. Approve Amendment #4 to the Purchase Order (PO) with Redwood Toxicology Laboratory to add $700,000 for drug testing services for a
new PO total of $1,600,000, with no changes to the ending term date of December 1, 2029.
HUMAN RESOURCES
4. Approve the recommendation to establish and adopt classification code #454, Radio System Administrator.
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
5. Approve the Purchase Order with Mythics, LLC in the amount of $193,445.47 for the renewal of Oracle support and maintenance retroactive to July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027.
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
6. Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Oregon Department of Administrative Services, State Procurement Services (DAS SPS) in the not-to-exceed amount of $292,680 to utilize Data Center Services (DCS) colocation services to host select county computing systems with an ending term date of 10 years from the effective date.
PUBLIC WORKS
7. Approve Amendment #1 to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Marion County Board of Commissioners Office and the Marion County Public Works Department to redirect and add federal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding in the amount $1,830,138.40 for a new MOU total of $10,830,138.40 for the Marion County Radio Communications Project that will be utilized by first responders through December 31, 2026.

8. Consider approval of the Commercial Onsite Septic Grant Agreement with Joshua J. Hunsaker and Sandi S. Elwood that utilizes federal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding in the amount of $850,900, with no matching county funds required, for the construction of septic system repairs and improvements at 200 Detroit Avenue North in Detroit, Oregon, tax lot 105E01BC17700, through November 20, 2026. –Brian Nicholas
