Adult in Custody Property Release Information
Adult in custody pocket property will be released per the individual’s written request on Friday through Sunday from 7:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the BAIL WINDOW, located at 4000 Aumsville Hwy. SE, Salem, OR 97317.
The adult in custody’s property will only be released to the person specified on the property release form. Forms turned in by Tuesday will be processed and ready for pick-up on Friday through Sunday of the same week. Forms received after Tuesday will be processed and ready for pick-up the following Friday through Sunday.
The adult in custody will be responsible for notifying the person designated to receive the property.
