Fargo Interchange Service District
The Fargo Interchange Service District (FISD) was formed in 1992 to correct system problems and provide sewer service to the surrounding area of Ehlen Road and I-5. The system is operated and maintained by Service District staff. Wastewater from this system is sent to the City of Donald's treatment facility to be treated.

Advisory Committee
The Fargo Interchange Service District Advisory Committee is made up of residents and business owners in the Brooks community. The Advisory Committee meets at minimum once per year with FISD staff to get updates on district happenings and give input on financial and operational issues.
