After you are done watching the videos,  text, call, or email us with the following information:

• Your WIC ID number (hint: it is on the back of your eWIC shopping card)
  
• Your first and last name
• The name of the videos you watched
• One thing you learned or plan on trying after watching the videos

 We will:

• Document you completed the nutrition education requirement
• Issue your next month(s) of food benefits
• Schedule your next appointment
  

If you do not have food benefits for this month, please connect with us. We may be able to issue them while your work on completing your nutrition education.
