WIC self-paced packets are PDF documents you can complete for your nutrition education credit. You can open and read the packets in the PDF format or print them. Each packet takes any where form 10-20 minutes to finish and can be completed during a time that works for you.

After you complete your packet text, call, or email the WIC office to let us know you are done
We will:
- Document your class completion
- Issue your next month(s) of food benefits
- Schedule your next appointment
If you currently do not have food benefits available, please connect with us. We may be able to issue your food benefits while your work on completing your class.
