Domestic Partner Information
Marion County offers medical and dental insurance coverage to all of its benefits-eligible employees' domestic partners and their legal dependents providing they meet the eligibility requirements outlined in the information packet and the employee submits the appropriate form within the required time limit. Domestic partners and their legal dependents are eligible for the same health benefits under the same conditions as provided to spouses and legal dependents of married employees.
If you are submitting a Domestic Partner Affidavit, or Termination of Domestic Partner form, you must submit an updated Health Plan Enrollment/Change Form at the end of the Domestic Partner Packet below.
