We are seeking a skilled CM/GC to collaborate with the Marion County Housing Authority (MCHA) and the Development Team for the Farmdale Apartments project. The selected CM/GC will play a crucial role in the pre-construction phase, providing expertise in constructability, cost feedback, and project coordination. The successful Proposer will also lead the Construction Phase, guaranteeing project completion within the negotiated Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) and timeline. Step 1: Marketplace Registration
To view current opportinitues or to register your company, please click this URL: https://ha.internationaleprocurement.com/requests.html?company_id=71014. You will be redirected to a form where you can create your account.
Step 2: Creating an Account
Enter your company name and click on "Search Companies." If your company is found, follow the instructions to register as a salesperson. If your company is not found, click on "Register your company" to proceed with the registration request.
Step 3: Company Information
Complete the Company Information Form by providing all necessary details, unless marked as "optional." Be sure to indicate your MWBE Classification or select "None" if it doesn't apply.
Step 4: Point of Contact
Submit the Point of Contact (Site Administrator) Information to ensure smooth communication. Click "Submit" to proceed.
Step 5: Company Services / Commodities List
Check all the boxes that correspond to the services or commodities your business offers. You can use the provided link to search for codes to accurately represent your offerings.
Step 6: Login to the Marketplace
Enter your email address and password to access our marketplace. Before entering, you'll be prompted to review and accept the site usage agreement. Once done, you'll gain access to a world of opportunities – and the best part? There's no cost to receive solicitations from our agency through the Marion County Housing Authority Marketplace.
