Consultant of Record (COR) To Provide Land Surveying Services on a Continuing Service Basis
Marion County Housing Authority (MCHA) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive professional surveyor services on an as-needed basis for a five-year period. MCHA intends to engage with up to three Surveyors as Consultants of Record to deliver a complete range of professional surveyor services. These services, estimated to commence in May 2024, are not guaranteed, given the as-needed nature of the work. The contract's annual ceiling is set at $175,000, with a maximum value over the five years of $875,000.

Step 1: Marketplace Registration

Step 2: Creating an Account
Enter your company name and click on "Search Companies." If your company is found, follow the instructions to register as a salesperson. If your company is not found, click on "Register your company" to proceed with the registration request.
Step 3: Company Information
Complete the Company Information Form by providing all necessary details, unless marked as "optional." Be sure to indicate your MWBE Classification or select "None" if it doesn't apply.
Step 4: Point of Contact
Submit the Point of Contact (Site Administrator) Information to ensure smooth communication. Click "Submit" to proceed.
Step 5: Company Services / Commodities List
Check all the boxes that correspond to the services or commodities your business offers. You can use the provided link to search for codes to accurately represent your offerings.
Step 6: Login to the Marketplace
Enter your email address and password to access our marketplace. Before entering, you'll be prompted to review and accept the site usage agreement. Once done, you'll gain access to a world of opportunities – and the best part? There's no cost to receive solicitations from our agency through the Marion County Housing Authority Marketplace.
