They are accepted from residents 7 days a week from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding major holidays.  ​

Certain ty​pes of lamps & bulbs can be dangerous if handled or disposed of improperly. Many contain mercury, which can be released into the environment if broken either in the home, or at a disposal facility. These lamps include fluorescent tubes as well as other compact bulb types (see below for a more complete list).
