Notes

The Surveyor's Office does not come out and survey your property.
If you need a surveyor, you can find a listing in the Yellow Pages online or in your telephone directory.
Subdivision name reservations expire 2 years after original approval date.

For plats, effective January 1, 2013, as a courtesy, submit 1 signed and stamped original(s) bond (PAPER) and 4 signed and stamped bond (PAPER) copies, along with a preliminary title report.
For surveys, beginning July 01, 2021 and in keeping with ORS Chapter 209.250(1) the Marion County Surveyor's Office will only accept permanent maps (vellum, polypropylene or Mylar) for review and filing of all boundary, pre/post-construction, and property line adjustment surveys. Please submit one (1) signed permanent final map and one (1) signed bond (PAPER) copy for surveys. Please submit one (1) permanent final map and four (4) bond (PAPER) copies for a property line adjustment.
