Map Standards, Check Sheets, and Forms

Beginning July 01, 2021 and in keeping with ORS Chapter 209.250(1) the Marion County Surveyor's Office will only accept permanent maps (vellum, polypropylene or mylar) for review and filing of all boundary, pre/post-construction, and property line adjustment surveys. Please submit one (1) permanent final map and one (1) signed bond (PAPER) copy for surveys. Please submit one (1) permanent final map and four (4) bond (PAPER) copies for a property line adjustment.

For plat reviews, as a courtesy, we will accept one (1) signed and stamped original bond (PAPER) and four (4) signed and stamped bond (PAPER) copies for review, along with a preliminary title report.
