Compost
Most people are aware that compost makes great mulch and helps beautify and maintain all types of landscape and garden projects. However there are several lesser known, yet innovative, proven and cost-effective uses for compost.
Soil Conditioner
Compost adds nutrients and humus (organic material) to depleted or deficient soils, encourages vegetation or re-vegetation following disturbance, and helps control disease and pest infestation.
Structural Soil Amendment
The use of compost enriches structural aspects of soil, increases permeability and alleviates soil compaction, thus improving drainage characteristics.
Soil Stabilization, Erosion Control
Erosion control blankets and filter berms can be used to stabilize soil, and stop erosion.
We are sold out of compost until further notice.
