MCHA provides housing assistance throughout Marion County Oregon in the following cities: St. Paul, Aurora, Donald, Hubbard, Woodburn, Gervais, Monitor, Brooks, Mt. Angel, Silverton, Scotts Mills, Shaw, Turner, Aumsville, Sublimity, Stayton, Marion, Jefferson, Mehama, Lyons, Mill City, Gates, Detroit and Idanha.
The Marion County Housing Authority DOES NOT provide housing assistance in Salem or Keizer.

The Waitlist for All Housing Owned Properties - Closure Notification
Due to a significant increase in waitlist applications and an estimated wait time exceeding one year for our Affordable Housing Properties, the Marion County Housing Authority has closed the waitlists for following properties/locations as of October 11, 2024, until further notice.
Aumsville - Creekside Duplexes
Jefferson - Meadowood & Evergreen Court
Mt. Angel - Edelweiss Village, & Sheridan Senior Estates
Woodburn - Wood Park Terrace, & Hazelwood Estates
Stayton - Oak Park Village, & Stayton Elder Manor
Note: The waitlists for Farmdale Apartments and Harvest Manor are still open. These properties are for farm-related workforce housing and require proof of citizenship. To access the waitlist for these properties, click here or select "MCHA - Owned Properties" from the menu on the left.

Reasonable Accommodation
