On Tuesday, August 14 and 15, Marion County will begin work with ODOT crews to apply a thin bond epoxy overlay on two county bridges that are located on the Pudding River west of Mt. Angel. The bridges are located on Nusom Road, east of Torvend Road, and on Saritoga Road, west of Church Road and Hook Road. Each bridge will have single lane closures with flaggers controlling traffic, so travelers should expect brief delays.
The thin overlay of epoxy will be applied to each bridge one lane at a time with the intent to apply the first coat to both bridges the first day and the second coat the second day, but a third day may be needed if there is a delay in the process.
