Please note this is a list of decisions issued by the Planning Division, hearings officer and/or Board of Commissioners. To review or obtain copies of a specific land use case, or cases prior to 2000, contact the Planning Division at

Useful tips when searching
- To search by partial case number, type in two digits for the year the case was issued (i.e. 03 for 2003) followed by a dash (-) and then a zero. You must include a zero. For example, 03-0 will produce a list of all cases issued in 2003. You can reduce the list by selecting the case type (Conditional Use, Partition, etc.) if you know it.
- To sort your results,, click on "Case Number" and the list will sort numerically (i.e. 001, 002, 003, etc.); click on "Address" and the list will also sort numerically based on house number; etc.
