Center for Hope and Safety
Our agency offers a safe refuge and support to victims and survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking and human trafficking. A cornerstone of our philosophy is respect for the rights of all survivors, including the freedom to decide whether to report to the police the crimes committed against them. We work with survivors of any race, color, creed, religious belief, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
Oregon Crime Victim's Compensation Program
In the aftermath of a crime, the Oregon Crime Victim's Compensation Program works to ease the financial burden suffered by victims and their family members. Compensable expenses may include medical, counseling, funeral, loss of wages or support to dependents, rehabilitative costs, and medically necessary devices such as eyeglasses and hearing aids.
Liberty House
Liberty House is a child abuse assessment center serving Marion and Polk Counties. Liberty House offers a safe, comfortable, child-friendly environment for children and their families who are facing concerns of abuse or neglect.
Northwest Senior and Disability Services
NWSDS offers many services including: information and assistance, financial and medical assistance, in-home and community based services, senior meals, peer counseling, family caregiver support, Medicare counseling, Adult Foster Home licensing, and Adult Protective Services.

Parents of Murdered Children
POMC provides the on-going emotional support needed to help parents and other survivors facilitate the reconstruction of a "new life" and to promote a healthy resolution. Not only does POMC help survivors deal with their acute grief but also helps with the criminal justice system.
Civil Justice Rights Handbook
Every crime victim has the right to file a civil lawsuit seeking financial compensation from the perpetrator or from other parties whose unreasonable conduct gave rise to conditions that allowed the crime to occur. The purpose of this handbook is to provide victims and service providers with a basic understanding of the civil justice system so that victims might consider this important option and know where to turn for help.
