SUBMISSION OF A CURRENT RABIES VACCINATION CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED
- A license cannot be purchased for longer than the Rabies vaccination expiration date
- If the Rabies vaccination expires within one year of license purchase date, you may select 1-year license
- If the Rabies vaccination expires within two years of license purchase date, select 1-year or 2-year license
- If the Rabies vaccination expires within three years of license purchase date, select 1-, 2-, or 3-year license
