Recording Fees
Legislative changes effective June 2, 2018
The amount collected for affordable housing will increase from $20.00 to $60.00.
House Bill 2093 Amends ORD 432.124 and prohibits county clerks from recording a death certificate if it includes medical information related to the cause of death.
