Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
The
Flexible Spending Account is tax-exempt way to save money for out of pocket medical expenses. The account is administered through Professional Benefit Services and allows you to save up to $2500 per year, pre-tax, to use for expenses. To find out more, go to: Professional Benefit Services
Health Savings Account (HSA)
The Health Savings Account is tied to the high deductible HDHP PPO Plan. To be eligible, you must not be enrolled in Medicare or receiving Social Security benefits. You also must not be enrolled in another medical plan. The account is administered through Key Bank. For 2019, the IRS Annual Maximum Contribution Limits are: Single $3,500 / Family $7,000.

Opt Out Incentive
Employees who choose to opt out of medical/vision and dental coverage will receive a $200 per month incentive split between the first two paychecks of the month. If employees have other medical coverage, they are eligible to opt out and can do so at any time during the year. Proof of other coverage must be provided.
