Marion County Clerk's Office is now offering electronic document recording (eRecording). This service allows you to record your documents more rapidly than if documents are mailed. Documents must be submitted via a third party vendor. Currently, Marion County has contracted with three vendors -- CSC eRecording Solutions, eRecording Partners Network, LLC (ePN), and Simplifile.
